About the Job
Intuitive, stubborn, and emotionally reactive. He is overwhelmed with regret, and his mind turns to suicidal ideation when he’s in a bad place. When he first connects with Elliott, he is overcome with existential dread. Elliott functions as a sounding board, grounding him. He is Emory’s parallel self. Looks exactly like him, except his hair is neatly brushed and he wears bright colors. He is energetic, observant, and logical. Though his main motivation is to understand their connection, Elliott can’t help but empathize with Emory’s sadness. He recognizes Emory’s pain as if it were his own.
